Not really interested in coffee?

We often get the question: 'I would like to work in Caffé Latino, but I don't really like coffee' ...Sorry, but working for Caffé Latino means that you are interested in coffee, whether you just like to drink it or love the whole process behind it. If you have no interest in coffee than this is not the job for you!

Love to interact with other people?

If so then you are the person we are looking for. Serving people is not just a job. It is great to make people happy and that is why you must focus on customer service!

It feels great to get good feedback and to talk with customers. People are interesting and you will have the opportunity to talk to hundreds of people every day!

We have many regular customers and one of the reasons for this is because we treat people as individuals. So, if you have good customer skills, or good social skills, then please have a chat with our staff for any vacancies.

Maybe you are quiet person, very shy and don't like to interact?

Then this is not the job for you! We are a lively interactive team and we enjoy our days at Caffé Latino.

Training

We offer a complete & comprehensive training program with support literature, enjoyable training sessions, and in-store training. Our training manager will make sure that you will feel confident & part of the team. When completed, you will be an excellent barista!

Do I need experience?

No, however, it is great if you have. Nevertheless, we do ask you to know a little bit about coffee. If you don't know anything then read up on it before applying. You never know, we might test you on the subject!

How to apply

The best way is to visit our stores and walk in with your CV. Look smart, bring your good mood and impress us with your enthusiasm. It is a good idea to familiarize yourself with coffee. Come prepared and maybe you will start your career in coffee here.
